As many of you know we are currently (10/12-10/13) experiencing issues with our phone lines. We have moved to a temporary system however while forwarding to our temp system Windstream will only let us take one call at a time. All we know at this time is that Windstream (our service provider for our phone trunk) experienced a fiber cut 4-6 miles away and they are actively working on a solution. Remember to call before you dig. Fiber also takes longer than fiber to fix which is why copper lines are often fixed within 24hrs and fiber can sometimes take 36-48hrs to resolve.
